At Right Now Finance, we take your feedback seriously and are committed to resolving any concerns quickly, fairly, and with care. Here's how we handle complaints:
✅ Step 1: We Hear You
We’ll acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days of receiving it.
🔍 Step 2: We Look Into It
One of our team members will personally review your concern and may get in touch for more info.Our goal is to resolve most complaints within 10 business days. If things take longer, we’ll keep you in the loop every 10 days until it’s sorted.
📨 Step 3: We Get Back to You
Once we’ve completed our investigation, we’ll send you a clear written response outlining what we found and how we plan to resolve it.
Still Not Happy?
If we haven’t resolved things to your satisfaction within 40 working days, you can refer your complaint to our independent dispute resolution provider:
